Los Gigantes is in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, it can be found just south of the famous Acantilados de Los Gigantes cliffs of Los Gigantes (The Giants) Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago and Playa de la Arena are the nearest resorts and all are small and tranquil.
Los Gigantes is quite hilly  from the harbour but this seems to be enjoyed by many as a leisurely walk rather than a hike.
The harbour is beautiful and unspoiled, many whale & dolphin watching trips leave from there, many just throw bread to the hundreds of fish in the water of the harbour.
The village always appears clean & tidy & retains a quaint picturesque feel to it. The plaza, just uphill from the marina has a pretty church, there are plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from, English is spoken in most.

Los Gigantes is about 45 minutes drive from Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
