Spanish Homeowners Hit By Interest Rate Rise


The Euribor, the benchmark rate used to set most mortgage interest rates in Spain, ended May at 2.14 per cent, its highest rate since 2009.
This latest rise is the tenth consecutive hike in mortgage rates and, according to experts
