Ash Wednesday


Once again an Icelandic ash cloud is wreaking havoc on flights, including some of those coming to the Canary Islands.
The cloud which mainly affected Scotland and Northern Ireland caused eight flights to be cancelled to the archipelago over the last two days.
Experts believe that this year’s eruption is not anywhere near as bad as
